Infrastructure Professionals Enterprise Ipe

Our group, Infrastructure Professionals Enterprise Ipe, is located in Lado Sarai, which is a busy little corner of New Delhi. We are in a DDA flat, specifically Flat No 248 on the second floor. Lado Sarai is famous for all the art galleries and small offices tucked away in these buildings. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs since there isn't an elevator in this particular block, but we’re used to it by now. The office is compact but we fit everyone in. It’s usually quite full of papers and blueprints because of the type of work we do. Being in a DDA flat means the layout is a bit old-fashioned, but it has a certain character that you don't get in the new steel-and-glass towers. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There’s always someone selling street food nearby, so the smell of parathas usually wafts in during the morning. It’s a very grounded place to work. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just walk in and someone will be there at a desk with a computer. We just focus on getting through the tasks for the day. New Delhi is a frantic city, but our little spot in Lado Sarai feels like its own world. We just keep things simple and do the work that needs to be done.
