We are just a small setup here in New Delhi. We’ve been around a while, mostly helping folks who get stuck with computer issues or worry about their data. We don't have a big flashy office or anything like that. We spend most of the day looking at screens, checking locks on digital doors, and trying to make sense of all the new ways things can go wrong online. It’s quiet work, mostly. We don’t have a big team or fancy uniforms. Just a couple of us who know our way around a firewall. People in the neighborhood know where to find us if they need a hand with their security settings. It gets busy, and sometimes the tea gets cold because we're deep into a problem. We aren't trying to be the biggest in Delhi, just trying to do right by the people who call. It's funny how much everything has changed since we started. Now everyone has a smartphone and a million passwords to remember. We try to keep it simple when explaining things because nobody likes technical talk that goes over their head. If you call, you’ll probably talk to one of us directly, not a machine. We just keep our heads down and get the job done without much fuss.
