We run Information By Design Uk from Flat 29C in Block C6A, which is part of Janakpuri in New Delhi 110 058. It is a residential block, so the atmosphere is quite different from a typical business district. We like it that way because it feels more relaxed and less formal. Our office is essentially a flat that we have filled with desks and all the equipment we need to do our work. It is not a big, flashy space, and we do not have a receptionist or a lobby. If you come by, you will likely just find us at our computers or talking over a cup of tea in the small kitchen area. We have been at this Janakpuri location for a while now and have gotten to know the neighborhood. The block is usually full of families and people going about their daily lives, and we are just another part of that scene. We do not use any marketing speak or try to make ourselves sound more important than we are. We are just a small group of people working on information design projects. Sometimes the building can be a bit noisy with people moving around, but it does not bother us much. It is an honest, local way to operate, and it keeps our overhead low so we can just focus on the job at hand.
