The DDA flats in South Enclave are pretty typical for this part of New Delhi. Our space is at flat number 144, which is on the 102 level. It is a solid, practical building that has been there for years. Working in a DDA flat gives the office a very different vibe than those big office parks you see in Gurgaon. It is more personal, I guess you could say. We know the other people in the block and see the same faces every morning. The rooms are a bit small, so we have to be organized with how we set up our desks. It gets quite hot in the summer, so the AC is always running. Sometimes we have tea delivered from the shop nearby, and we just sit around the main table to discuss what needs to be done. We don't have any formal meetings with slides or anything like that. Usually, it is just a conversation about the day's tasks. There is a lot of walking involved since it is an enclave, and we often head out for a bit of fresh air in the afternoons. The work at Infomedia18 Limited keeps us busy enough, and we don't really have time for anything else. We just come in, do the hours, and head home to avoid the Delhi traffic as much as we can. It is a straightforward way of working without any unnecessary fuss or fancy things that aren't needed.
