Industrial Plastic Moulders

We’ve been tucked away in Jhilmil Industrial Area at Shahdara for a long time now. Our shop, Industrial Plastic Moulders, at A 5/16 isn't much to look at from the outside, but it’s where we do all our moulding work. Most days it’s just the sound of the machines and the smell of hot plastic filling up the space. We started out small and stayed that way because it’s easier to manage things ourselves. A few of us handle the molds and make sure the plastic flows right into the shapes people ask for. It gets pretty hot in here during the summer months, especially when all the presses are running at once. We don't really do much advertising or anything like that. Usually, someone just hears about us from another shop nearby in Shahdara and walks in with a drawing or a sample. We take a look, see if we can do it, and give them a price. Sometimes the machines act up and we have to spend the whole afternoon fixing a heater or a lever, which is just part of the job. It’s hard work and your hands get dirty, but it feels okay at the end of the day when the crates are full of finished parts. We’ve seen a lot of businesses come and go in Jhilmil, but we just keep doing what we know. It's a simple setup for local needs and we plan to stay right here.
