Indus Valley Partners

Over here in West Delhi, specifically at Rz 39 40 in Subhash Park Extension, is where you’ll find our Indus Valley Partners branch. Uttam Nagar is one of those places that never really sleeps. It’s crowded, the lanes are narrow, and there is always someone honking their horn or a rickshaw passing by. But we like it. It has a lot of energy that keeps us moving. Our office is right in the middle of that chaos. We have a few rooms where we get our work done. It’s not a massive space, so we end up bumping into each other a lot, which usually leads to a joke or a quick chat about the weekend. We don't really do formal meetings in boardrooms. If something needs to be discussed, we just talk across the desks or while we are making tea. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, and the wiring is a bit of a mess behind the cabinets, but the internet works, and that’s the main thing. We deal with all sorts of things throughout the day, mostly just keeping the wheels turning for the company. Lunch is usually something bought from the food stalls nearby because the street food in Uttam Nagar is actually pretty great. We don't have a cafeteria or anything like that. We just make do with what we have. It’s a very real, very human place to work.
