Indraprastha University Delhi

Over at Sector 16 in Rohini, you will find Indraprastha University Delhi. Specifically, we are at H 2 103. It is a place that feels very much like the rest of North Delhi. It’s busy and there are always students around. Some are rushing to class and others are just hanging out near the gates. The office handles a lot of the day-to-day administrative tasks that keep a university moving. It is not always smooth. There are many forms to fill out and deadlines that everyone seems to forget until the last minute. We spend a lot of time at our desks. The weather in Rohini gets really hot in the summer, so the fans are always going. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls. We just try to get the registrations done and answer the phones when they ring. It is a lot of paperwork, honestly. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait, which can be frustrating when students are waiting. We see a lot of young people hoping for a good future. We just do the background work that makes it possible. It’s a plain office with regular people. We have been in this spot for a while now. It’s just part of the neighborhood. We mostly just focus on getting through the stack of files on the desk and making sure we get home on time.
