You can find us at Flat F 3 on the first floor of Plot No 65 in Sector 6. This is over in Vaishali, Ghaziabad. We spend most of our time looking through resumes and talking to people who need work. It’s a busy office because there are always people looking for a new start. We deal with all kinds of jobs, from office work to more technical stuff. The desks are usually covered in papers and notes from interviews. Since we are in Sector 6, we get a lot of locals coming in, but we handle stuff for people all over. It’s a practical setup here. We don’t have any big flashy signs or receptionists in suits. It’s just a place where we try to match what a company needs with someone who can actually do the job. Sometimes it’s hard because people’s expectations don’t always line up with what’s out there. We have to be honest with folks about that. The phone rings a lot, and the internet is always on so we can check the latest listings. Vaishali is a good spot for us because it’s easy for people to reach from different parts of UP and Delhi. We’ve been in this flat for a while now. It’s a bit cramped when we have a lot of interviews scheduled at once, but we make it work. Just a bunch of us trying to help people get employed.
