We operate out of R15 in the Reeta Block of Shakarpur, over in Delhi 92. It is a busy part of the city, and our office reflects that. It’s usually a bit loud with people talking and the sound of traffic from outside coming through the windows. We handle a lot of different things here, mostly related to finance and paperwork for people in the neighborhood and beyond. Our desks are usually covered in forms and folders. We don't have an interior designer; we just put desks where they fit and hope for the best. The lighting isn't great, but we’ve got good people working here who know what they’re doing. We’ve been in Shakarpur for quite some time now, so we’ve seen the area grow and change around us. It’s a local operation, even if the name sounds big. We spend our time answering phones and explaining things to people who walk in off the street. There’s always someone coming in with a question about a loan or an investment. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist who offers you water. You just walk in and talk to whoever is free. It’s a bit chaotic at times, especially on Mondays, but we manage to keep things moving. We just focus on the task at hand and try to help the folks who come through our door. That’s about it for us.
