We are tucked away in the Kasturba Niketan Complex, right in Lajpat Nagar II. If you know New Delhi, you know how busy this area gets. Our office at M 10 11 isn't very large, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. We spend our time helping folks navigate the aviation world, which is a lot more complicated than it looks from the outside. It involves a lot of reading through regulations and technical documents. We aren't pilots ourselves, at least not most of us here. We are the ones who handle the support side of things. The office is usually filled with the sound of keyboards clicking and someone on the phone trying to explain a rule to a client. It’s a bit cluttered with manuals and old binders, but we know where everything is. Sometimes the traffic in Lajpat Nagar makes it hard to get in on time, but we’re usually here by nine. We’ve been working from this spot for years and have seen the market change quite a bit. We don't do fancy presentations or anything. Usually, we just sit down with a cup of coffee and go through the paperwork until the problem is solved. It’s practical work. We like being in this part of Delhi because everything you need is just a short walk away, even if the noise is constant. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
