In It Recruiters

We set up In It Recruiters at C 148 in Nirman Vihar quite some time back. Delhi is a huge place for jobs, so we stay pretty busy most of the time. Our office isn't anything fancy or modern. It’s just a place with some desks, phones, and a whole lot of resumes piled up. We spend most of our day talking to people on the phone or in person. Some are looking for their first job out of college, and others are trying to move up the ladder in the IT world. It’s interesting to hear everyone’s story, though it can get a bit repetitive after the tenth interview of the day. Nirman Vihar is a good location because it’s easy for people to reach us by metro or bus. Sometimes the office feels a bit cramped when we have several candidates waiting at once for their turn. We usually have the radio playing softly in the background just to break the silence. There’s a tea stall just outside where we get our morning chai, which really helps us get started. We aren't some giant corporation with a polished lobby and a receptionist. It’s just a small team of us trying to match the right person with the right role. Some days are successful, and some days we don’t find any good matches at all, but that’s just how the recruitment business goes for us.
