Working out of 585 Laxmi Bai Nagar here in New Delhi has its ups and downs. The area is always moving and changing, and at In Hcl Infinet Ltd, we are right in the middle of it all. It’s a tech-heavy environment, but it doesn't always look as sleek as you might think. We have wires everywhere and a few screens that never seem to turn off, even at night. The air conditioner hums in the background all day long, which is a necessity given the New Delhi weather we deal with. Most of us have been here a while, so we know the quirks of the building and the neighborhood. We handle a lot of technical stuff, mostly internet-related things that keep people connected to the world. It can get stressful when something goes down and everyone is calling at once, but we just take it one step at a time. It’s not like those big corporate offices you see in movies with glass walls. We have our own way of doing things, and it works for us. Lunch is usually a quick bite from the nearby stalls on the street. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is finally wrapping up, but mostly we stick to our regular hours. It’s a solid place to work, and we all know what we need to do. It’s just a normal office in a busy part of the city.
