In Bpo

I work out of Jg 2 745 C in the LIG Flats over in Vikaspuri. It's a BPO setup, but on a much smaller, more personal scale than those massive call centers you see in the big business parks. We mostly handle phone calls and data tasks from this residential area. The space is a bit tight because it's a standard flat, but we have our computers and headsets all set up. Vikaspuri is a crowded spot, so there’s always noise from the street, but we get used to it. I started this because I wanted something closer to home. It’s just regular people here doing their shifts. We don't have a big HR department or a cafeteria. Usually, we just order tea from the stall downstairs or bring lunch from home. The work is steady, mostly answering queries and making sure the records are updated correctly in the system. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. It’s a very local way of doing things. No suits or ties here, just comfortable clothes and a lot of typing. Being in an LIG flat means we know all the neighbors, and they know we're just in here working. It’s not glamorous, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We've been at this location for a bit now and it suits our needs perfectly fine for the type of work we handle every day. It's a decent way to earn a living.
