Imt is located in Ghaziabad, right in Sector 23 of Sanjaynagar. Our specific spot is G 273. It is a very typical residential and commercial mix area in Uttar Pradesh. The streets around here can get quite crowded with rickshaws and people going about their shopping. Our office is basically a regular building that we’ve made our own. It’s not a shiny new skyscraper. It feels like a part of the neighborhood. We have been here for a while and the locals know who we are. The weather in Ghaziabad can be pretty extreme, really hot in the summer and quite cold in the winter, so we spend a lot of time making sure the air conditioning or the heaters are working right. Inside G 273, it is just a bunch of us at our desks. We don't have a big marketing team or a fancy PR department. We just do the work that comes in. Most of the time, we are just busy with paperwork or talking to people on the phone. Sanjaynagar is a decent place to be because everything you need is nearby, from stationery shops to small eateries. It’s a straightforward way of working. No one here is trying to impress anyone with big words or polished presentations. We just show up, do what needs to be done at our Ghaziabad office, and then head home to our families.
