Impetus Hr Consultants

We are located in Janakpuri, specifically at B2B 308. It is a busy part of New Delhi, and there is always something going on outside our windows. We work in HR consulting, which mostly means we spend all day on the phone or looking at stacks of resumes. We try to match people with the right jobs, but it is often harder than it sounds. Sometimes we have people coming in for interviews all day, and other times it is just us calling through a long list of candidates to see who is interested. The office is not very big, but we have enough space for the five of us to work. It gets pretty loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We do not have a fancy website or a big marketing budget. Most of our work comes from people we have helped before. We try to be honest with both the companies and the job seekers. If a job is not a good fit, we just say so. There is no point in wasting anyone’s time. The building is a bit older, and the elevator is notoriously slow, so we usually just take the stairs to the third floor. We have a local tea guy who brings us drinks a couple of times a day. It is a standard Delhi office life, really. We deal with the heat, the traffic, and the busy seasons when everyone wants to hire.
