We are over here at C 193 near the Clock Tower in Hari Nagar. It’s a busy part of West Delhi and honestly, there is always something happening outside the window. We spend most of our time here at Impetus Hr Consultants Pvt Ltd dealing with stacks of paperwork and phone calls that never seem to end. People walk in looking for advice or just to drop off their details, and we try to keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s not a fancy glass building or anything like that, just a regular office where we get the job done. Some days the traffic around the Clock Tower is a nightmare, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We’ve got a small team and we usually eat lunch together when there is a break in the schedule. It is mostly just about matching people with the right roles and making sure the records stay organized. Sometimes the printer acts up or the internet gets slow, which can be frustrating, but that’s just how it goes. We don’t have any big speeches to give about what we do. It is just daily work, answering emails, and keeping track of who is looking for a job and which companies have an opening. West Delhi is a loud place, but once you step inside the office, it’s mostly just the sound of typing and the occasional tea delivery.
