Idfc Projects Limited is located in Raipur at No 9 Aishwarya Residency. If you know where Hotel Chhattisgarh is, we are right near there. Raipur can get pretty hot, but our office stays cool enough for us to get through the day. We work on projects, which means we spend a lot of time looking at plans and talking to contractors. It’s not the cleanest work sometimes, especially when we have to go out to sites, but the office at Aishwarya Residency is where we do all the organizing. It’s a decent-sized space, not too big and not too small. We have a few rooms where we keep our files and where we sit to talk through things. Being near the hotel makes it easy to tell people where we are located. Most of us have been working here for a few years, so we know each other pretty well. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy or anything like that. If something needs doing, whoever is free just grabs it and starts. The neighborhood around us is fairly busy with people coming and going from the hotel, but once you step inside our door, it’s just a regular workspace. We focus on getting our projects finished on time without a lot of unnecessary talk. We’re just a bunch of regular folks working in Chhattisgarh, trying to keep things organized and moving forward with the daily work we have on our plates.
