We operate Ideastreamz Consultant Pvt Ltd right out of New Delhi. It’s a big city with a lot of noise, but we’ve found our rhythm here. Being based in Delhi means we see all sorts of people and situations. Our setup is pretty basic, just the essentials to get the consulting work done. We don't have a massive glass building or a receptionist in a suit. It’s usually just one of us answering the phone or checking the door. We’ve been at this for a while now, navigating the city’s pace. Some days are slower than others, which gives us time to catch up on the back-office stuff that tends to pile up. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We're just a private limited company trying to do right by the people we work with. The heat in Delhi can be tough, but we manage. We spend our mornings planning out what needs to happen and the afternoons actually doing it. It’s a straightforward way to run things. We’ve learned that being clear and honest works better than anything else. There’s no secret to what we do, just regular hours and a bit of focus. If you're around the city, you've probably passed by places like ours without thinking much of it. We’re just part of the local landscape, doing our bit every day and making sure we get the paperwork sorted before heading home for dinner. It’s a busy life but it’s ours, and we wouldn’t change it for a quiet one.
