Idea Celluler

We are over at A 16 Ambedkar Place, specifically in the Nangli Vihar Extension area of Baprola Vihar. It’s out in New Delhi 43, a bit of a trek if you’re coming from the center, but it’s home for us at Idea Celluler. The office is tucked away in a spot that’s mostly residential. We started this because there wasn't a convenient place for people around here to get their phone issues sorted. The space itself is quite small and we have to be careful about where we put everything so it doesn't feel cluttered. There’s a lot of construction happening nearby, so there’s usually a bit of noise and grit in the air. We keep a cooler running in the corner, which helps when the Delhi summer hits. It’s a simple operation, just us and the local customers who need a bit of help with their network settings or a new SIM card. We don't use big fancy words or try to sell things people don't need. Most people just want their phones to work, and we try to help with that. Sometimes we stay late to finish the logs, but mostly we stick to regular hours. It’s a practical setup and we like that we can walk to work most days. It’s not a polished corporate site, just a local business trying to keep things moving for the residents of Baprola Vihar.
