If you come looking for Idc India, you’ll find us on the third floor of 242 in Hari Nagar Ashram. It’s a busy part of New Delhi 14, and there is always something going on outside. Being on the third floor means we get a bit of exercise every day because there isn't always a lift available, or it’s occupied. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers, some filing cabinets that have seen better days, and a few plants that we try our best to keep alive. It gets a bit hot in the summer, but we have fans and a small AC unit that does the job. We don’t have any big corporate goals written on the walls. We just come in and handle whatever the day brings. Most of the people working here have been with us for a long time. We know each other well and don't need a lot of meetings to stay on track. The neighborhood is full of small businesses and shops, so it feels very grounded. We aren't tucked away in some high-rise; we are right there in the thick of it. Sometimes the noise from the street is loud, but it keeps us energized. We focus on the tasks we have and try to get everything finished before the sun goes down. It’s just a normal, hardworking office in a busy part of town where we do our best.
