Icici Prudential Life Insurance

Our office is located at D 115 in Shakur Pur, New Delhi 34. It is not a very big place, just a simple room where we keep all our files and do our work for ICICI Prudential Life Insurance. If you are coming from the main road, you have to navigate through some of the smaller lanes to find us, but most people in the neighborhood know where D 115 is. The area is quite busy with families and local shops, so there is always something going on outside. Inside, we have a couple of desks that are usually covered in paperwork and half-empty tea cups. We aren't very fancy here. The walls are a bit plain, and the floor has a few scuffs, but it is a comfortable place for us to work. We spend our days helping people understand their insurance policies and making sure all the paperwork is in order. It is a lot of reading and checking details, which can be tiring, but we like the people we meet. Sometimes a neighbor will just pop in to say hello or ask a quick question about a form they received in the mail. We don't have any big corporate rules about how to talk to people; we just speak normally like we would to a friend. It is a very local way of doing things. We have been in Shakur Pur for a long time now, and we are just happy to be part of the daily life here in Delhi 34.
