Icici Lombard Gic Ltd

We're based out of Paschim Vihar. The office is over at A 5B359S F S Tel Delhi. Most people around here know where that is. We deal with insurance stuff daily for Icici Lombard Gic Ltd. It gets busy, especially in the mornings when the phone starts ringing early. We have a few desks set up and some chairs for people waiting to talk about their policies. It's not a fancy place, just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes the street gets a bit noisy with all the traffic outside. People stop by to drop off papers or ask about their claims. We try to keep everything organized, but with so much paperwork, it’s a constant task for us. Our team has been in this spot for a while now. We know the neighborhood well. If you're coming from the main road, it's pretty easy to find. We usually grab lunch from the nearby stalls when we have a break. It's just a regular office day for us. We handle the usual insurance questions and renewals. There's always something to file or a computer screen to look at. We don't spend much time on decorations or anything like that. It's more about staying on top of the files and making sure people get their questions answered. We see a lot of the same faces coming in every month. It's a steady pace here and we just keep at it until the day is done.
