Icici Lombard General Insurance

We are situated in 204 Oyster, which is part of the Hiranandani Estate in Thane, Mumbai. It is a nice enough area, and the buildings here are quite modern compared to some other parts of the city. Our office for Icici Lombard General Insurance is just a standard setup on the second floor. We spend most of our time looking at screens and talking to people on the phone about their policies. Hiranandani Estate is quite big, so sometimes people get a bit lost trying to find the Oyster building, but once you’re here, it’s easy. We don't do anything special or have any big marketing slogans. We just come in, do the work, and go home. There is a lot of tea and coffee involved because the days can get long when there are many claims to process. The view from the window is mostly other buildings and some trees. It is a quiet spot, which is good for focusing on the details of the insurance papers. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can. Dealing with insurance isn't always the most exciting thing in the world, but it's what we do. We have been here for a bit and have a routine down. If you need to find us, just look for the Oyster building in the estate. We’re usually there from morning until late evening most days.
