Icici Bank

This ICICI Bank branch is tucked away in Pocket 2, Sector 6 of Dwarka, right at 31-A in the DDA Flats area of New Delhi. It’s a very residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like the typical high-rise corporate environment. We have a lot of neighbors from the surrounding flats who come in for their daily banking needs. The office is small and can get a bit cramped when more than five people are waiting, but we try to keep things moving. There’s a small park nearby where some of us go for a quick walk during the break. The atmosphere inside is pretty quiet compared to the main roads. We spend our time checking IDs, processing signatures, and handling the occasional long queue during the start of the month. Most of us have been working at this spot for a while, so we recognize the regulars. We don't use any fancy talk or have big posters everywhere. It’s just a place with desks, computers, and a lot of paper. Sometimes the printer jams or the phone won’t stop ringing, but that’s just how it goes in a local office. We focus on getting the numbers right and making sure the shutters go down on time. It’s honest work, and while it’s not always exciting, it’s a solid part of the community here in the Sector 6 area of Delhi.
