We are set up on the first floor of B 93, right in the Post Office Lane in Shakarpur. It’s a narrow lane that stays pretty crowded, especially with the post office nearby. Being in Delhi 92 means we are right in the heart of a very busy community. Our office is a simple place where we manage all the local ICICI Bank tasks. We don’t have much room for anything other than our desks and the files we work on every day. It’s a practical setup for people who need to get their money matters handled without a lot of walking around. We see a lot of people coming in from the lane, and it can get a bit loud with all the local chatter. We just focus on the ledgers and the screens. The staff here are just regular people who know the Shakarpur area well. We don't use any fancy language or try to act like a big corporate office. We just do the banking. Whether it's helping someone with their savings or making sure a transaction went through, we just take it one step at a time. The first-floor location gives us a bit of a view of the street life below. It’s a busy, real place to work. We’ve been here at B 93 for a while and it feels like home to us now. We just keep things moving and try to be helpful in our own quiet way. That is basically all there is to it.
