Icici Bank Property Services Group

This is the Icici Bank Property Services Group office over in Rohini, Delhi. Specifically, we are at B 151 Pocket 00 in Sector 1. If you know Rohini, you know it’s a big residential area with lots of pockets and blocks. Our spot is pretty easy to find once you are in the right sector. We mostly deal with property-related paperwork, valuations, and all the stuff that goes into home loans and real estate. It’s a lot of legal documents and checking titles. The office is small and honestly, it gets a bit dusty with all the files we have to keep. We don't have a big staff, just a few of us who know the property market in this part of Delhi. We spend a lot of time on the phone with agents and lawyers. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s important for people trying to buy a house. We don't do any flashy advertising or anything like that. People usually find us because they have to for their loan process. We just sit at our desks, drink tea, and work through the stack of files. It’s a quiet office for the most part, unless someone is arguing over a document. We like it here in Sector 1 because it's close to the main markets but still a bit tucked away from the heaviest traffic.
