We are located at 29 E in CC Block over in Shalimar Bagh, right here in New Delhi. This branch sits in a spot associated with Roshan Lal Sachdeva. It is a busy neighborhood with a lot of people moving around every day. We spend most of our time dealing with the usual banking tasks that people need. It is not some high-tech skyscraper, just a regular place where we keep track of accounts and help folks with their cash. Some days are quite loud because of the traffic outside, but that is just how it is in this part of Delhi. We have been here for a while now, seeing the same neighbors come in to talk about their savings or handle their paperwork. It is a lot of sitting and typing on old keyboards. We do not have fancy decorations or anything. It is just desks and chairs and files stacked up in the corner. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and that is the highlight of the afternoon. Dealing with money is serious, so we just focus on the numbers and try to get things right. People from the block know us by now. It feels like a small community even though the city is huge. We just do the work, lock up in the evening, and come back the next morning to do it all over again. It is simple, practical work that keeps the day going.
