Working here means getting used to the noise and the energy of Delhi. We don’t have a massive complex, just our spot in Laxmi Nagar where the daily banking happens. It’s a very local feel. You see the same street vendors every morning when we open up. The office itself is just a regular place with desks and computers. We spend our time going through forms and talking to people who live nearby. It is a very practical operation. There are no fancy decorations or corporate slogans on the walls that matter much to us. We just want to get the day's work finished correctly. The traffic in Laxmi Nagar can be a real headache sometimes, so getting to the bank can take a while if you are driving. Most of us just take the metro or walk. It’s an honest way to spend the day, helping folks with their money and making sure everything is in order. We don’t really do the whole mission statement thing. We are just here to do a job in a very busy part of the city. Being in Laxmi Nagar keeps us on our toes because there is always something happening right outside the door. We try to keep things simple and just focus on what needs to be done each day.
