We are set up on Mr Rd in Pitampura, specifically at Jain Qp 73. This area of Delhi is always moving, and our building is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a bit of a struggle to find parking around here, as anyone who visits knows all too well. The office itself is quite small and filled with the sound of keyboards tapping and the occasional printer jamming at the worst possible time. We have these old metal cupboards for all the records, and they make a loud clanking noise whenever we open them to find a file. The windows look out onto the street, so we spend a lot of time watching the traffic jams while we're on hold with other branches. It’s a bit messy, to be honest—there are pens everywhere and stacks of sticky notes on every monitor. We don't have a fancy waiting area, just a couple of plastic stools for people who are waiting their turn. Most of the folks who come in are regulars who live or work nearby in Pitampura. They know our names and we know theirs, which makes the long hours feel a bit shorter. The lighting is a bit dim in the back corner, but we’ve got a small lamp that helps. It’s just a regular, hardworking office where we deal with the daily grind. No marble floors here, just a solid place where people come to get their stuff sorted out.
