We are working out of a flat in Silver Oaks, over in DLF Phase 1 at Ibm. It’s a bit different from a big glass building. Being in an apartment means it feels a little more like home, I guess. We use one of the rooms as a main workspace. Gurgaon can be quite a mess with the dust and the traffic, but inside here, it’s mostly just quiet. Building 104 is easy to find once you know where you’re going. We’ve got a couple of desks squeezed in and a lot of power strips on the floor. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we know where everything is. Lunch usually means ordering in or someone cooking something simple in the kitchen area. We don't have a fancy reception or anyone to greet you. It’s just us working on our laptops in flat 14. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Sometimes the elevator in the building takes forever, so we just use the stairs if we’re in a hurry. It’s a practical way to run things without all the corporate overhead. We just focus on the work that comes in from the clients and try to stay on top of the deadlines. It's a bit cramped, but it works for us. We’ve been here for a while now and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the apartment complex and the daily Gurgaon hustle. It's just a regular office setup.
