We are based at H005 in Plot No 97, which is part of the Saraswati Apartments. This is in Ip Extension, Patparganj, New Delhi 92. Working out of an apartment complex like Saraswati Apartments means we are right in the middle of a busy residential community. It’s a bit of a walk from the main gate to H005, but it is a nice little path. The office for Ibm India Pvt Ltd is compact. We have had to be quite smart about where we put all the equipment so it doesn't feel too cluttered. Patparganj is a crowded part of Delhi, so the traffic outside can be pretty bad in the evenings. Inside the apartment, though, it’s mostly just the sound of keyboards and the occasional phone call. We don't have a big corporate cafeteria, so we usually just bring our own tiffin or order something from the local shops nearby. The space is a bit old-fashioned, but it is comfortable. We have everything we need to do our jobs properly. It is not the kind of place that would be in a magazine, but it’s real and it’s where we spend our time. We like the fact that it feels like a normal home turned into an office. It makes the day go by a little easier when you aren't in a cold, glass building. It's just a practical, everyday workspace for our small team.
