Our office is over in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, right at A 103 Doctors Park in Sector 5. It’s a quiet enough area for work, which we appreciate. Being part of Ibm India Pvt Ltd here means we handle a lot of the support functions that keep things moving. The space is fairly basic, with desks pushed together and a few shelves for all the manuals and paperwork we still keep around. It feels a bit like a home office that grew too big. We don’t have a massive cafeteria, so most people bring their lunch boxes and eat at their desks while watching videos. The commute can be a bit of a trek for those coming from other parts of the NCR, but the location is convenient for those of us living in Ghaziabad. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at monitors, so we make sure to get up and stretch every hour. There’s a certain rhythm to the day here that doesn't change much. We have a few windows that look out onto the park area, which is a nice break from the screen. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished image; we just focus on getting the tasks done correctly. It’s a simple, functional workplace where we try to keep a positive attitude even when the workload gets a bit heavy.
