We are over in Rohini at 188, Pocket 23 in Sector 24. This part of Delhi is always moving, but our little corner is tucked away enough that we can actually hear ourselves think. We’ve set up Ibm India Pvt Ltd in this residential-style building. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with computers and chairs. We aren't big on fancy office furniture or decorations. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few calendars and some old notes we’ve pinned up. In the summer, the Delhi heat can be pretty rough, so we keep the coolers running all day long. Finding a place to park a scooter or a car can be a real struggle on this street, especially in the evenings when everyone is coming home. We just deal with it like everyone else does. There is a small park at the end of the lane where we sometimes go to get some air. We don't have a big corporate sign outside, so people sometimes walk right past the gate. It’s a very low-key operation. We just focus on our daily chores and try to keep things moving. Most of the people working here live nearby, so we have a good feel for the local area. It’s a simple, honest way to work without any of the extra fluff you see in big city offices. We just do our thing here every day.
