Ibm Daksh

Our office for Ibm Daksh is located in Palam, specifically at R Z A 15 Mahavir Vihar. New Delhi 45 is a busy area, and Mahavir Vihar has that typical local feel where everyone kind of knows what’s going on. We are right in the middle of it all. The building is simple and doesn't have any of that polished corporate look you might expect from a big name. It’s just a solid place to work. The street outside can be quite narrow, so parking is always a bit of a challenge if you’re driving. Most of us just use the local transport since it’s easier. Inside, the rooms are filled with desks and a lot of wiring, as you’d expect for our type of work. It’s not particularly quiet because there’s always something happening outside, but we’ve got our routine down. We don't really do much in the way of fancy stuff. There are no posters about goals or missions on the walls, just the calendars and maybe a few personal things people brought from home. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the daily requirements. It’s a practical space for practical people. Sometimes the power acts up or the internet needs a reset, but we just deal with it and keep going. That’s just life in this part of Delhi. We aren't here to make a scene, just to work. It gets the job done for everyone.
