This office is located at B 26 in East Uttam Nagar, New Delhi. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on in the streets. We do BPO work here, which means there is always someone on a headset or typing away at a screen. The building is a standard residential-turned-commercial type of place. It’s not a big corporate park. We like it because it feels like being part of the community. You can hear the vegetable sellers and the bikes outside. Sometimes the internet is a bit slow when it rains, but we make it work. We have a small break area where we eat our lunch brought from home. It’s a friendly atmosphere because we all know each other well. There isn't much formality here. We just come in, do our shifts, and go. The space is a little cramped when everyone is in at the same time, but it keeps us focused. We’ve been at this East Uttam Nagar address for a good stretch of time. It’s easy for the local guys to get to. We don't have any big signs or flashy lights out front. If you walk past, you might not even realize it’s a workplace. That’s fine with us. We just need a roof over our heads and some working phone lines to get the job done for the day.
