At Iac S, we spend most of our days in this first-floor spot over at 438 in Parmanand, Mukherjee Nagar. This part of New Delhi is always full of energy, mostly because of all the students and people moving around at all hours. Our space is pretty basic. We’ve got the usual office stuff, some old filing cabinets, and windows that look out onto the street. It can get pretty dusty with the traffic outside, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the tables. We’ve been in this building for some time now. People usually find us by looking for the landmarks nearby, though the street numbers can be a bit confusing if you’re not from around here. It’s a simple walk up to the first floor. Inside, it’s just us doing what we do. We don’t have those big glass walls or shiny floors you see in the corporate parks. It feels more like a home office that grew a bit too big. The light in the afternoons is actually quite nice, even if the building itself is showing its age in a few spots. We keep a kettle in the corner for making coffee because the local shops get too crowded around noon. It’s just a normal place where work happens. We like being in Mukherjee Nagar because everything you need is within walking distance. It’s a bit chaotic, but it suits us just fine.
