Laxmi Nagar is always a crowded place, and we are right in the thick of it at H 18. If you’ve ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how busy the lanes can get. We have a small office here. It’s just one of those places where every inch of space is used for something. We have desks along the walls and a small table in the middle for our tea and snacks. It’s loud outside almost all the time with rickshaws and people talking, but once you’re inside, it’s not so bad. We do a lot of different things here, mostly paperwork and computer work. It’s just a few of us, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. We just pick up and talk like normal people. Sometimes the stairs are a bit dusty and the light in the hallway flickers, but the office itself is kept tidy enough. We’ve been in Laxmi Nagar for years and we like the energy of the place. There is always somewhere to get a quick bite to eat, and the metro isn't too far away. It’s a practical spot for a small business like ours to operate.
