Human Resource Development Centre

Human Resource Development Centre is based at House No 85 in Mithapur Badarpur. This is our spot in Delhi, and it’s where all the work happens. We don’t have a skyscraper or a big glass front. It’s just a regular house number in the neighborhood. We focus on development tasks and human resource activities right from this office. It can get a bit noisy with the traffic in Badarpur, but we are used to it by now. The team here is small and we don’t use a lot of corporate jargon. We just talk to each other and the people who come by in a normal way. Sometimes we have a lot of people visiting and other times it is just us and the paperwork. We've been at this address for a while and we know the area well. There is no mission statement on the wall. We just try to be useful and do the job as best as we can. Our desks are usually covered in files because there is always something to do. It’s a practical place for practical people. If you are in the Mithapur area, you’ve probably walked past us before. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words. We just handle the development and resource side of the business every day. It’s honest work and we keep it simple. That’s how things are done at House No 85.
