Human Resource Co is located at T 490 in Baljeet Nagar. Being in New Delhi means it is always a bit noisy outside, but we get things done regardless. We aren't trying to be some huge corporate entity with a hundred branches. It’s just this one spot where we manage the various tasks that come with human resources. Some days are just spent on the phone or working through a stack of folders on the desk. It’s honest work and we’ve been here for some time now. Baljeet Nagar has its own pace and we fit right into that. You won’t find any shiny brochures or polished sales pitches here. We just talk to people like normal neighbors. The office isn't anything fancy, just a place to work. We handle the paperwork and the people side of things without much fuss. If someone needs to find us, the address is pretty easy to locate once you’re in the neighborhood. We focus on the day-to-day operations. It’s mostly about making sure things run right for the people who come to us. New Delhi is a big place but we stay focused on our little corner. Sometimes the tea runs out and we have to take a break, but usually, we are right here at the desk. We don’t use big words to describe what we do. It’s just human resources, plain and simple, done by regular people in a regular office.
