Hsn Realty Services is tucked away in the back lane of Indra Park, specifically at Rz 10B on the ground floor. We are in the Uttam Nagar area of New Delhi, which is a very crowded and busy part of the city. Being in a back lane means it is a bit quieter than the main road, but it also means it can be a bit tricky to find if you aren't looking closely. The office is small and on the ground floor, which is convenient for moving things in and out. We have a few desks squeezed in there and some shelves filled with various files and folders. The lighting isn't the best, so we use a few extra lamps to see what we are doing. We spend our days talking to people and trying to sort out various property matters. It's not the kind of place with a fancy waiting lounge or free coffee. We usually just offer a plastic chair and a glass of water to anyone who stops by. The neighborhood is full of small shops and houses, so there is always something going on outside. We have been here for a while and the locals know us. We don't bother with big advertisements; we just rely on people finding us through word of mouth or by walking past our lane. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business in Delhi.
