Our office for Hsil is actually located at the Principal's Residence within Satyawati College. This is in Ashok Vihar Phase III in Delhi. It is a bit of an unusual spot for a business, but it works for us. Being on a college campus means there are always students walking around and a lot of energy in the air. We are tucked away in the residence area, so it stays a bit more private than the main classrooms. The building is older, with the kind of thick walls you find in government quarters. Inside, we’ve set up our workspace with whatever furniture was available. It’s not a modern glass office, but it has everything we need to keep things moving. We spend a lot of time coordinating between different departments. Since we are in Ashok Vihar, there are plenty of places nearby to grab a quick lunch, though we often just bring something from home. The commute can be a bit of a pain depending on the Delhi traffic, but once we are inside the gates, it’s a lot calmer. We don't have a big corporate sign or anything like that. People who need to find us usually have to ask the gatekeeper for directions to the residence. It’s a very grounded way to work, without any of the extra fluff you see in big companies. We just focus on the daily tasks.
