You can find us at A 50 in Hauz Khas. This part of New Delhi is known for being a bit more tucked away, but it is still a busy place. The Hsbc office here is just a regular building on a regular street. We do not have those massive signs that you see on the highways. We are just part of the local scenery in the 110016 area. Inside, it is exactly what you would expect an office to look like. There are desks with computers, some old filing cabinets, and a few chairs for people to sit while they wait. We do not have a lot of polish. The paint might be a little faded in some corners, but it is a comfortable place to work. We know the people who live in the neighborhood. They come in for their banking needs and we help them out. It is a simple relationship. We do not try to sell anything or use complicated words. We just do the job that needs doing. Sometimes we talk about the local traffic or where to get a good lunch nearby. It is a human way to work. We are just a group of people doing what we can to keep things running smoothly. When the day is over, we turn off the lights and head home, just like everyone else in Hauz Khas.
