We've been here in Kidwai Nagar at A 323 for a while now. Running a recruitment place like Hrd Manpower Recruitment Consultant keeps us pretty busy. New Delhi is a big place and finding the right person for a job or the right job for a person isn't always easy. We spend most of our mornings going through papers and talking to people who walk in. It’s just a small office really, nothing fancy. We try to keep things simple here. If someone needs a hand finding work or a business needs a new staff member, they usually just give us a call or drop by. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded in the office when a lot of people show up at once. My desk is usually covered in folders and coffee mugs. We don't really have a big fancy website or anything, we just focus on the people who come to us. It's been interesting seeing how the neighborhood has changed over the years while we stay here in Kidwai Nagar. We handle all sorts of different roles, whatever comes our way. It’s a lot of work but it feels good when someone actually gets the job they wanted. We don't promise anything crazy, just that we'll look at the resumes and see what fits. Most days it's just about staying organized and answering the phone as it rings. If you're around the A 323 block, you've probably seen our sign out front. It’s been there for a long time now.
