Hr Solutions is located at B 56 on the first floor of Parsavnath in Mohan Nagar. Ghaziabad is a busy place, and Mohan Nagar is no exception. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a functional space. We don’t have any of that corporate polish you find in the big Delhi firms. Instead, we’ve got mismatched chairs and a printer that occasionally jams. But it works for us. We spend our days matching people with jobs. It involves a lot of listening. People come in with all sorts of stories about where they’ve worked before and what they want to do next. We don’t give them any sales pitch. We just look at the facts. The traffic around here can be a nightmare, so we’re always glad when we finally get to the office in the morning. We’ve gotten to know the other shop owners in the building pretty well. It’s a little community of its own. We handle recruitment for all kinds of roles, mostly local stuff. It isn’t glamorous, but it’s necessary. We try to be fair and keep things moving. Most people appreciate that we don’t waste their time. We just do what we can from our first-floor office in UP. It’s a simple life and a simple business.
