It’s always buzzing with people, especially with the metro station nearby. Our office is right in the middle of all that energy. It’s a modest space, nothing flashy. We’ve got some desks, a few fans to keep the air moving, and a whole lot of files. We deal with hiring and recruitment for various companies. It’s a lot of talking to people. Some folks come in looking quite nervous, so we try to make them feel at ease without being too formal about it. We aren't big fans of corporate jargon. We prefer to speak plainly. If a job is a good fit, we say so. If it isn't, we're honest about that too. The streets outside are always loud with rickshaws and vendors, but we’ve learned to tune it out. It’s just the background noise to our daily lives. We take things one day at a time. It’s about helping someone get a paycheck and helping a business get their work done.
