Hr Recruiter is based at 696 Packet II in Pachimpuri, New Delhi. It is a small office in a busy neighborhood where we spend most of our time looking through piles of papers. We are not a big company with hundreds of employees. It is just a few of us here trying to help people get jobs. Every morning, I start by going through the new emails we received overnight. There are always a lot of people looking for work, and it can be tough to keep up sometimes. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big sales team. We just talk to people on the phone and meet them in the office when they come by. Pachimpuri is a good place to work from because it feels like a real community. We get to know the people who live around here. Sometimes we have jobs for office assistants, and other times it might be for a driver or a clerk. We just take whatever comes our way and try to find the right person for it. I try to keep my notes organized, but the desk usually ends up a bit messy by the end of the day. That is just how it goes when you are busy. We don't promise anything we can't do. We just look at the skills people have and try to put them in touch with businesses that need them. It is a simple way of working without any corporate nonsense.
