We are doing Hr Executive Recruitment and we are based right here in Sanjay Nagar in Ghaziabad. Sanjay Nagar is a busy area and we have been part of the landscape here for a good amount of time. It is a straightforward operation. We do not have a fancy lobby or a lot of glass walls. We just have an office where we do the work of finding people for jobs. Ghaziabad is a place that is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. Our space in Sanjay Nagar is where all the interviews and the planning happen. It is a bit cramped sometimes with all the files and people coming in, but we make it work. We are just regular people who know the local area well. We do not use any complicated systems, just basic hard work and a lot of talking to people. You can hear the sounds of the street outside all day long. It reminds us that we are part of the community. We are not a big corporate machine, just a small recruitment group trying to help people out. Sometimes the tea man comes by and we take a break, but mostly we are just busy with the HR tasks. It is a very normal, local business and we like it that way. We spend our mornings checking resumes and our afternoons meeting with folks who need work.
