We’ve been working as Hr Consultants here for quite some time now. Delhi is a massive city with so many people looking for jobs every single day, so there’s always something keeping us busy. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space where we handle recruitment and staff management tasks. We get people from all over the city coming in with their resumes tucked under their arms. Some days are just completely filled with back-to-back interviews. We try to keep a relaxed atmosphere because we know that job hunting is stressful enough as it is. We don't do the whole corporate suit-and-tie thing here. It's more about getting the job done and helping people out. East Patel Nagar has a good mix of residential and commercial spots, so we see a bit of everything. We handle the paperwork, the payroll queries, and the hiring needs for various small and medium shops and offices around Delhi. It's a lot of coordinating between different people. We just keep our heads down and work through the lists we have. If you’re in the neighborhood, you probably know the area around us. It’s a busy, noisy, and very real part of Delhi, and we wouldn't want to be anywhere else. It’s just how we do things at the office.
