We are set up in New Delhi, specifically in the Pink Apartments at Pkt 6, Site 2, Phase 1 in Dwarka Nasirpur. It’s an apartment-style office, which makes it feel a bit more like a home than a cold business center. The address is 75C, and it’s a fairly quiet pocket of the city. We have set up some desks in the main room where we handle all the recruitment for different clients. Delhi is always moving fast, but inside our office, we try to keep things a bit more organized. There are stacks of folders on the shelves and a couple of computers that stay on all day. We spend a lot of time talking to job seekers from across the city. Dwarka is quite spread out, so we do most of our interviews over the phone or video calls these days. It saves everyone the long commute. The walls are a bit plain, but we have a few calendars and maps pinned up to keep track of everything. We don't use any fancy software or big slogans. We just look at who is available and who needs a job. When the weather is nice, you can hear the birds outside the window, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to get the right people into the right seats without making a big deal about it. It’s just Hr Consultancy doing its thing.
