Hr Assitant

We are based in Goyla Khurd, which is near Dwarka Sector 19 in New Delhi. The office is at House No 30. It’s a bit of a local spot, not like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We handle the basic HR assistant duties here. This means a lot of sorting through documents and making sure people have signed their papers correctly. We help out with the small details that big companies might overlook. It’s a quiet neighborhood for the most part. Most of our day is spent on the computer or filing things into cabinets. We’ve been here for a while and the locals know where we are. We don't have a lot of staff, just a couple of us working through the daily list of things to do. Sometimes someone will stop by with a question about their pay slip or they need help writing a letter for their boss. We do our best to help them out with the paperwork. It’s a lot of data entry and keeping the files organized. We don't use any fancy systems, just the basic stuff that works for us. It’s simple, honest work. We like being in this part of Delhi because it’s not too hectic. We just keep our heads down and get the HR tasks finished by the end of the day. It is a good place to work and we know our neighbors well. We just try to be helpful to everyone.
